Classroom Style

Hi everyone! Just like Beth Ann over at Taming My Flock of Firsties, I am starting to plan my classroom for next year. In fact, it was reading Beth Ann's post about

that really got my enthusiasm going. After looking at all of Melanie's darling themes I have decided to buy the Polka Dots and Daisy Collection!

This is a really great fit for me because I have new black fabric on my bulletin boards and black with white polka dots border up in my room. I amgoing to add some touches of purple because I have just replaced all of my paper baskets with these:
in royal purple.

Fortunately, the big paper daisies from Polka Dot Market come in:

so I am going to use

instead of the white and yellow.

I am going to share pictures as I go along.
Here is a picture of the first piece:

and here is a peek at some ribbon I found at JoAnn's fabric today. . .

I also love this:
from Brodders Tubs . . .

Have a great week!

This is the same looks I'm going for next and white polka dots with lime green, teal blue, hot pink and purple accents.

Can't wait to see more of what you do.
